The construction and installation of SLATE mainly have the following five steps: basic treatment -- elastic line -- pre-laying -- laying -- pointing -- cleaning.

1, Basic treatment: Before the construction of the SLATE on the ground base of the ground ash, floating ash and other debris carefully clean, and clean with a steel brush or steel flat shovel, before the construction of the ground to brush a cement slurry combination layer. Basic treatment should pay attention to meet the requirements of construction conditions, taking into account the needs of decorative thickness, wet the ground with water before the formal construction, but there is no water.

2, Bullet line: in the center of the site to play a vertical cross control line, to check and control the position of the SLATE plate, cross line can be bounced on the ground and always at the bottom of the wall. After the cross line pops out on the ground, and according to the stone specifications, the stone grid line pops out on the ground.

3, Pre-paving: First of all, we should strictly select the color, texture, geometric size, surface flatness, etc. of the SLATE in the design of the drawing design requirements, and then pre-paving according to the drawing requirements. The possible errors in the prelaying process are adjusted and exchanged until good results are achieved. At the same time, note that light-colored stone and stone with low density should be brushed on the back and all sides with spacer to prevent water absorption affecting the surface appearance of stone when paving.

4. Paving: Clean the base before paving the mortar and use the watering can to wet and brush the cement slurry.

5, Wipe joint: After the completion of paving 1-2 days and nights for grouting pointing. According to the color of the stone, the mineral pigment of the same color is added in the cement slurry to make 1:1 dilute cement slurry, and the slurry pot is poured into the gap or the dry cement is mixed with color powder to wipe the joint. After completion, the cement paste of the stone layout is cleaned with cotton silk in time to protect it.
